ANC has always
taken pride in performing great work and backing
it up for years to come.
We guarantee
our work depending on the type of materials and
type of roof system. Typically our shingle roofs
receive a full five years labor warranty and other
systems such as metal and tile systems can receive
warranties as long as 15 years.
Material
Warranty
It is very
important to choose a product with excellent warranty
terms. These terms reflect the durability of materials
used and can become a great tool in selling, refinancing,
or even the purchase of homeowner's insurance.
At ANC,
we make sure to understand the terms of each manufacturer's
warranty and guide you in the right direction in
choosing the material and warranty to fit your needs.
Extended
Warranties
At ANC, we
offer extended warranties for most manufacturers.
It is important to know, however, that a few top-of-the-line
manufacturers require a special roofer certification
in order to purchase extended warranties. Roofing
companies earn these certifications by completing
certification courses and testing.
ANC is
proud to have certifications for all top-of-the-line
producers, such as GAF and Certainteed corporations.
Example:
A typical 20-year warranty with Certainteed shingles
can receive a 10-year Sure Start warranty which
will pay for labor and material defects without
being prorated.
Example:
Certainteed Corporation says "A certified
or select shingle roofer is in the top 1% of his
profession." Because of this, you can rest
assured you are getting one of the best roofer's
in the industry.
